Humboldt Pacific operates multiple divisions across petroleum hauling and brokerage, delivering jet fuel and kerosene across the western U.S. Their unique structure includes HPP Logistics, a separate MC operating under the same QuickBooks file, and a highly remote front-office dispatch team. These complexities made operational coordination – and especially invoicing – a huge challenge.
As Emily and Janice led internal efforts to modernize, they quickly realized that they needed more than just incremental fixes. “We had SOPs for everything, but too much of it was manual.
