Create from Template: Instant Driver Assignment
We’ve enhanced one of your most-used tools — the Order Template — by making it even more powerful. Now, when you create orders from a saved template, you can assign drivers immediately, without having to go back in later.
This update closes a common gap in the workflow and keeps the process fluid: fewer handoffs, no backtracking, and full visibility from the start. It’s a small change with a big impact on speed and clarity across the dispatch team.
Daily Dispatch Plan Builder
Many fleets run on a repeat rhythm: the same morning pickup at 7 AM, followed by a regular afternoon haul — every day, every week, every driver with their own stack of lanes. Toro’s new Dispatch Plan Builder lets you turn those patterns into plans.
Now you can load in multiple lanes at once, assign them to one or more drivers, and dispatch everything in just a few clicks. No more piecing together orders one at a time.

Mass Dispatch from the Calendar Timeline View
