How Toro’s Invoicing Functionality and Accounting Integration Work

Automatically generate invoices based on existing load information

Invoicing through Toro is as simple as clicking a button. Toro automatically pulls in all information from the load and generates a draft invoice, giving your back-office team a leg-up on billing. You can also easily add other loads to your invoice, and their information will also be seamlessly pulled in.

Using the load information you can create a draft invoice that already includes key information such as:

  • Bill to and bill from information

  • Origin and destination

  • Charges

  • Attachments previously associated with the load 

Build invoice packets with all the attachments you need

Toro generates invoice packets with all the documents you’ve added. Documents uploaded to a load will be automatically added to an invoice, but you’re able to delete them or add new ones as needed. 

Once you’re done adding documents, you can generate the invoice packet PDF and easily download it or email it to the appropriate customer or factoring company. Made a mistake and forgot to add a document? No problem, add it to the invoice and click generate PDF again.

Push invoices directly to Quickbooks, be it Desktop or Online versions

Once you’ve finished preparing an invoice, you can sync it directly to Quickbooks. We know that being able to stick with the accounting solution of your choice is important for many trucking companies.
